Intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Own the end-to-end lead discovery process by identifying, validating, and building a strong pipeline of potential leads of channel partners (BPOs)
2. Drive daily outreach by coordinating calls and meetings with prospects while ensuring high attendance rates.
3. Maintain accurate, real-time tracking of leads, sales funnel movement, and daily progress.
4. Collaborate closely with the field supply team to ensure timely follow-ups and lead conversions.
5. Identify on-ground challenges and bottlenecks, and proactively implement solutions.
6. Share actionable insights on what is working and what can be improved to enhance acquisition efficiency.
7. Ensure speed, accuracy, and quality in the execution of all assigned tasks.
