Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Intern at Echo Money. The intern will support the business development team in identifying new opportunities, assisting with lead generation, and maintaining prospect lists and CRM records.

Daily tasks include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and preparing summaries or reports to support strategic decisions. The intern will help with outreach to potential clients, draft skilled communications, and provide follow-up support to ensure a positive prospect experience.



The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align outreach efforts with product capabilities and documenting insights to improve business development processes.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate insights.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information effectively.
- Experience or interest in lead generation and prospecting activities, including outreach and pipeline tracking.
- Ability to conduct structured market research and summarize findings in a concise, actionable format.
- Customer service mindset, with the ability to build rapport and respond to inquiries in a timely, respectful manner.
- Interest in fintech, payments, or financial technology; familiarity with cross-border payments or blockchain is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM systems); experience with HubSpot or similar tools is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
