Role Overview

Lead business growth in Power EPC by driving market expansion, building strategic customer relationships, and securing large‑scale projects across Transmission, Substations, Renewable Energy, and Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with growth targets.
- Identify opportunities in Transmission, EHV/GIS/AIS Substations, Cabling, Data Centers, Industrial Infra, and BESS.
- Build strong networks with utilities, developers, consultants, and government bodies.
- Engage customers at conceptual/pre‑tender stages to influence specifications.
- Support tendering, pricing, and negotiations for order conversion.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and prepare intelligence reports.
- Maintain CRM pipeline,



dashboards, and report performance to leadership.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering; MBA preferred.
- 10 to 25 yrs years in Power EPC/Infrastructure BD with proven order wins.
- Solid industry network and ability to manage strategic accounts.
- Expertise in Transmission, Substations, Renewable Energy, BESS, and Industrial Electrical Infra.
