We, Legalixir Global private Limited, a consulting & recruitement firm, are looking for the position of "Manager- Business Development & Financial Modelling" for our renewable energy client.

Experience: 7-10 years

Qualifications: BE, MBA (Tier-1 Institutes)

Location: Saket, New Delhi

Candidates who have exposure with renewable energy company will be preferred.

Summary of the Role:

Facilitate business development in B2B and B2G through power modelling, investment analysis and transaction structuring.

Roles and Responsibilities:

•Formulate RE power solutioning for B2B and B2G business combining multiple renewable/ storage technologies and energy sources like solar, wind, hydro, BESS, pumped storage, green hydrogen etc.

•Lead the financial evaluation of new business opportunities in B2B/ B2G space

•Develop the most optimum commercial proposals using fin modelling and come up with accurate inputs to the BD Team

•Review of RFP/ term sheets/ agreements for risk identification and mitigation

•Preparation of management investment approval notes / presentations





•Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders (BD, project development, design, execution teams, legal, financing – debt / equity, accounts etc.)

•Develop cutting-edge power supply solutions considering the market requirements for both B2G and B2B business

Requirements:

•Excellent analytical skills with hands-on experience in working on complex MS excel financial models

•Extensive experience of working on renewable energy projects

•Analytical aptitude to work on complex and challenging power modelling problems

•Exceptional written/ oral communication and presentation skills

•Understanding of policy and regulatory framework of the renewable power sector

•Candidates with earlier experience in business development in the Indian renewable energy sector will be preferred
