Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Coimbatore.

The Business Development

Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and expanding the customer base for Terra Tech Packs’ reusable food container solutions. Day-to-day activities include researching potential clients, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and managing the sales pipeline. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, understanding client needs,



and collaborating with internal teams to offer suitable product solutions and pricing.

The Business Development

Executive will also track market trends, provide feedback to management, and support strategic initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert prospects.
- Solid Business and Account Management capabilities to manage client relationships and drive long-term growth.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in manufacturing, packaging, or related industries.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, travel locally for client meetings, and manage time and priorities independently.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting to track leads, opportunities, and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer-focused mindset, with an interest in sustainable and reusable packaging solutions.
