Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate new business opportunities and acquire clients for our IT services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in lead generation, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and other channels.
- Research potential clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Schedule meetings with prospects and understand their business requirements.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Coordinate with the technical team to create suitable solutions for clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and support deal closures.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Meet monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.

Required Skills





- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience with lead generation and cold outreach.
- Knowledge of IT services, software development, or SaaS solutions is preferred.
- Self-motivated, organised, and target-oriented.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or similar platforms is an advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in Business Development or IT Sales is preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
