SolarSquare is expanding rapidly and we are looking for energetic and result-driven Business Development Executives – Field Sales to join our growing team. If you are passionate about sales, field marketing, and lead generation, this is a great opportunity to build your career in the solar and renewable energy industry.
? Role & Responsibilities:
1. Generate leads through field marketing activities, site visits, and local market outreach.
2. Identify and engage potential customers for rooftop solar solutions.
3. Conduct D2D & BTL activities, explain product offerings, and close sales opportunities.
4.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
5. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
6. Coordinate with the internal installation team & sales team.
? Eligibility & Requirements: Experience: 1 year in field sales, field marketing, or lead generation
(preferably from #solar, #realestate, #FMCG, #telecom, #fintech or #BFSI).
Language: Regional language proficiency is a must (#Kannada) and English.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in field sales with a target-driven approach.
