Job Summary The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new business, developing corporate and institutional clients, achieving sales targets, managing key accounts, preparing quotations and tenders, and increasing the company’s market presence in the pest control industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new customers for residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, educational, and government sectors.
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Conduct site inspections and assess customer pest control requirements.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and tenders.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining company profitability.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure timely service delivery.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables.




- Maintain CRM/database and submit daily sales reports.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and pricing strategies.
- Participate in exhibitions, corporate meetings, and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable pest control regulations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in pest control, facility management, hygiene services, or B2B sales.
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of pest control services and chemicals is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.
