Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong pipeline of prospective learners and corporate clients.

The Business Development

Executive will engage with potential customers, present Skill Ladders’ course offerings, and manage accounts to ensure long-term relationships and repeat business. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, reaching out via calls,



emails, and meetings, coordinating with marketing and product teams, tracking performance metrics, and preparing regular sales reports.

Qualifications

- Solid New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities and drive growth.
- Business acumen with experience in sales or business development within education, training, or related sectors.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
- Account Management capabilities to nurture client relationships, handle inquiries, and support retention.
- Ability to work with targets, analyze sales data, and use CRM or sales tools efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in EdTech or professional training services is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru.
