NWe're a startup working with healthcare, education, and skilled services businesses across India. We offering services of generate leads through search marketing, performance marketing, web development, and marketing automation.

NAbout Role

- Handle inbound enquiries from the website, ads, and referrals, and respond quickly
N
- Build your own prospectlist and run outbound outreach through calls, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
N
- Qualify prospects and understand their business requirements
N
- Schedule and attend client audit calls
N
- Prepare and present proposals with the founder
N
- Follow up and close deals, including collection of advance payment
N
- Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM
N
- Report weekly on calls,meetings, proposals, and closures
N

nRequirements

- Good spoken and writtenEnglish
N
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing — SEO, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, and lead tracking
N




- Sales Experience and Knowledge
N
- 1 – 3 years of experience in sales or business development
N
- Willingness to do outbound calling and follow-up
N

nCompensation

- Base salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month based on experience
N
- Retainer clients: 5% of first month fee + 2% of months 2 to 6, paid while the client is active
N
- One-time projects: 10% of project value,
N
- All incentives paid on amount received.

nWorking Hours and Day:

N

- Monday to Saturday ( 2and 4th saturday week off )
N
- Morning 9am or 10 am till 6pm or 7pm.
