About the Role

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive / Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales and business development for our product divisions. The candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, Builders, Developers, Project Consultants and other institutional clients and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new B2B business opportunities through regular field visits and client meetings.

Meet and build strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, Builders, Developers and Project Consultants.

Promote and generate business for the following product divisions:

Sanitaryware Division

Tiles & Mosaics Division

Partitions Division

Wellness Division

Pipes & Fittings Division

Identify new projects, upcoming projects and potential business opportunities in the assigned market.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.

Generate leads through field visits, references, networking and market research.

Prepare and follow up on quotations, enquiries and ongoing projects to convert leads into business.

Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure timely closure of sales.

Develop and maintain a strong Architect & Interior Designer network.

Coordinate with the showroom, internal sales team and management for quotations, product information, pricing and order execution.





Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, quotations, follow-ups and sales closures.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends and pricing to identify new opportunities.

Ensure excellent customer relationships and support for repeat business.

Candidate Profile

Experience: 1–4 years in Sales / Business Development / B2B Sales preferred.

Experience in Sanitaryware, Tiles, Building Materials, Interior Products, Wellness, Partitions, Pipes & Fittings or related industries will be an added advantage.

Strong experience in field sales and client handling.

Should have an existing or developable network with Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors and Builders.

Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Target-oriented and proactive approach towards business development.

Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and client meetings.

Should be comfortable working independently and generating business from the market.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is well-connected in the architecture, interior design and construction ecosystem, has robust field-sales capabilities, and can independently generate and convert B2B business opportunities across our product divisions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
