**Job Title: Business Development Executive – SAP Business One

Location: Delhi (Jasola)** Experience: 3+ Years

Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive with a strong hunting mindset to drive new business acquisition for SAP Business One (SAP B1) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective customers, conducting sales meetings, and generating revenue by selling SAP Business One solutions across SMB and Mid-Market organizations.

This role requires a proactive sales professional who is passionate about hunting new accounts, developing long-term customer relationships, and managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, develop, and acquire new business opportunities for SAP Business One solutions across assigned territories and industry verticals.
- Generate current leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, industry events, digital campaigns, and partner channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct customer meetings, solution presentations, product demonstrations, and requirement discovery sessions.
- Understand customer business challenges and recommend SAP Business One solutions to improve operational efficiency and business processes.
- Engage with CXOs, Business Owners, Finance Heads, IT Heads, Operations Heads, and other key decision-makers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal submission, commercial discussions, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Solution Consultants, and Delivery teams for solution demonstrations and proposal preparation.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts,



pipeline reports, and account plans using CRM tools.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and nurture long-term customer relationships.
- Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, seminars, and networking forums to generate business opportunities.
- Stay updated on SAP Business One offerings, competitor activities, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, IT Solution Sales, ERP Sales, or Software Sales.
- Proven experience in hunting new business and acquiring enterprise or SMB customers.
- Experience selling SAP Business One, ERP solutions, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Sage, Tally Enterprise, Odoo, or similar business applications will be highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-based sales methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to engage with senior business stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or similar.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, business development activities, and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience selling SAP Business One or other ERP solutions within Manufacturing, Trading, Distribution, Retail, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Automotive, or Service industries.
- Exposure to SAP ecosystem, cloud ERP, digital transformation, and business process automation solutions.
- Experience in managing complex B2B sales cycles and enterprise account management.
- Strong network within the SME and Mid-Market business community will be an added advantage.
