We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.

- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, dealers, and corporate clients.

- Conduct product presentations and explain product features and benefits to prospective customers.

- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.

- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade events, and networking opportunities when required.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree

- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

- Experience in building materials, doors, furniture, plywood, hardware, interior products, or construction is preferred.
