Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. In this role, the individual identifies and pursues new business opportunities, builds and maintains relationships with prospective and existing clients, and promotes Monarch Softwares’ solutions to meet client needs.

Day-to-day tasks include researching target markets, conducting outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, preparing and delivering presentations and proposals, and negotiating terms to close deals. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with client expectations, tracking sales activities in CRM tools, and reporting on pipeline and performance metrics.





The Business Development

Executive is expected to represent the company professionally, attend relevant events or client visits, and contribute to long-term growth strategies.

Qualifications

- Proven ability in business development, sales, or account management in the software or technology sector.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of software products and the ability to translate technical features into business value.
- Experience with lead generation, pipeline management, and use of CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven approach with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Familiarity with the Coimbatore market or regional business environment is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business events as required.
