Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads through various channels, and building a robust sales pipeline. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, understanding their AIDC spring solution needs, presenting tailored proposals, and negotiating terms to close deals.

The Business Development

Executive will manage key accounts, maintain ongoing client relationships,



and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role also includes market research, competitor analysis, and reporting on sales activities and performance to leadership.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a proven ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to handle client portfolios, maintain relationships, and support long-term growth.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and active listening.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in industrial solutions, AIDC, or related technical products, along with familiarity with sales CRM tools.
- Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, and demonstrate strong analytical, negotiation, and time-management abilities.
