Role Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Jus Jumpin’s customer base in Kolkata through strategic partnerships, institutional tie-ups, and direct client engagement. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities, meeting with schools, corporates, and community organizations, preparing and presenting proposals, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

The role involves regularly analyzing local market trends, gathering customer feedback, and collaborating with the operations and marketing teams to optimize offerings and promotional campaigns.





The Business Development

Executive will also track sales metrics, prepare reports, and contribute to event planning and special programs that can increase footfall and brand awareness. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata.

Qualifications

- Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
- Marketing and promotional skills, with the ability to support local campaigns, events, and brand-building activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with parents, school representatives, and corporate partners.
- Organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, track performance, and meet targets.
- Prior experience in hospitality, education services, recreation, or child-focused businesses is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working on-site in a dynamic, child-centric environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
