Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role is based in Mumbai & Hyderabad. The individual in this position identifies and develops new business opportunities, builds and maintains a robust sales pipeline, and conducts lead generation activities across target sectors.

Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging prospective clients, presenting Collabtec’s services, preparing proposals,



and coordinating with internal engineering and project teams to align solutions with client needs. The role also involves managing key accounts, tracking market trends, and providing regular reports and forecasts to support strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with experience in building and managing a sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to nurture client relationships and drive repeat engagements.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client presentations.
- Relevant experience in engineering, construction, pharma, biotech, or related facility projects is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with technical and project management teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
