- Support engagement with key clients to understand their operational needs and challenges.

- Facilitate discussions and communication with local clients, including in the local language where required, to ensure explicit understanding of requirements and expectations.

- Present and clearly communicate the value of our solutions and services during client interactions.
N
- Prepare proposals and supporting materials tailored to client requirements.
N
- Conduct close follow-ups with clients to maintain engagement and ensure timely responses to inquiries or requests.
N
- Attend customer meetings and discussions alongside the Business Development Manager to provide on-ground support.
N
- Build and maintain positive client relationships by understanding evolving needs and supporting client satisfaction.
N
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, operations, and technical) to ensure seamless delivery of proposals and solutions.
N

nRequirements:

- Degree in any discipline.
N




- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in client engagement or business development support.
N
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
N
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
N
- Experience in preparingproposals and supporting commercial discussions is preferred.
N
- Knowledge of technologysolutions or services is an advantage but not mandatory.
N
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
N
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a strong interest in client engagement and commercial activities.
N
- Comfortable visiting, presenting to, and interacting with clients.
N
- Strong ability to manage follow-ups and deadlines efficiently.
N
- Able to work effectively with colleagues across teams and locations.
