Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Tourism Business Development Executive to develop robust relationships with travel agencies, hotels, tour operators, and tourism partners. The role focuses on increasing tourist visits, generating sales opportunities, and promoting the organization’s tourism experiences and retail offerings.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain contacts with travel agencies, hotels, tour operators, and tourism companies.

- Coordinate with hospitality partners to increase tourist footfall and visitor engagement.

- Generate sales opportunities through tourist visits, group tours, and travel partnerships.

- Promote tourism experiences, artisan activities, showroom visits, and cultural programs.

- Organize tie-ups with hotels and travel companies for visitor referrals and tour packages.

- Maintain databases of travel and hospitality contacts.

- Prepare reports on visitor conversions, partnerships, and tourism sales performance.

- Support marketing campaigns and tourism promotions.

- Coordinate live rug-making demonstrations and artisan interactions.





- Ensure tourists receive an informative and engaging experience.

- Assist in visitor flow management and group coordination.

- Maintain presentation standards and functionality of VR equipment and displays.

- Collect visitor feedback and support tourism engagement initiatives.

- Coordinate with artisans, showroom staff, and tourism teams for smooth operations.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.

- Experience in tourism sales, hospitality, or travel coordination preferred.

- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.

- Good understanding of tourism and customer engagement.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
