OSM Digital is a digital growth and AI services agency helping businesses build their online presence, automate operations and generate growth through websites, digital marketing, AI solutions, branding, PR and related services.
We are looking for a confident and energetic Business Development Executive to communicate with prospective clients, understand their business requirements, recommend suitable services and convert qualified opportunities into sales.
The role primarily involves inside sales, calling, WhatsApp and email communication, lead follow-ups and client coordination. Company-generated and assigned leads will be provided. This is not a field-sales position.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients through phone calls, WhatsApp and email
- Handle company-provided leads and incoming business enquiries
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services
- Explain the company’s services
- Schedule meetings and online demonstrations with interested clients
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations and service details
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain professional client communication
- Negotiate within approved pricing and close sales
- Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams after client onboarding
- Work toward monthly lead-conversion and revenue targets
- Build long-term relationships with clients and identify repeat business opportunities
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Basic understanding of sales, digital marketing or online business services
- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities
- Working knowledge of WhatsApp, email, Google Workspace and basic computer applications
- Professional attitude, discipline and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets

- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
- Previous experience in telecalling, inside sales, business development or digital services will be preferred
