Glowing Digital is looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in business development/sales and possess solid communication and client-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Contact potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Promote and sell digital marketing and IT services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Handle client communication and follow-ups.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development / Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Good knowledge of client acquisition and lead generation.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Knowledge of digital marketing or IT services will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
