Job Title: Business Development Executive (E-commerce)

Location: Rajendra Place, Delhi

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to handle customer and vendor calls for our marketplace platform. Candidates with experience in E-commerce, Seller Support, Vendor Onboarding, or Telecalling will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries related to orders, returns, and services.
- Contact and onboard new vendors/sellers.
- Explain platform features and onboarding process.
- Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records.
- Achieve daily calling and onboarding targets.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of Telecalling or Customer Support experience.




- Experience in E-commerce or Marketplace is mandatory.
- Vendor onboarding or seller support experience preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
