We are looking for a energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and promote CBitss training programs.
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or Education/EdTech Sales.




- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong lead generation and client handling abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.
