Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Business Development Executive for field sales and marketing of CT & PT Transformers. The candidate will be responsible for finding recent customers, generating leads, meeting clients, and developing business opportunities in the market.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits to meet potential customers and generate new business.
- Promote and market CT & PT Transformers to new and existing clients.
- Generate leads through market visits, cold calling, networking, and references.
- Identify new customers, projects, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
- Prepare quotations and regularly follow up with customers.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Maintain records of customer visits, leads,



follow-ups, and sales.
- Travel regularly for client meetings and market development.

Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in field sales/marketing or business development.
- Experience in electrical, transformer, or industrial products will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good negotiation and customer-handling abilities.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Must be comfortable with extensive field work and travelling.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in electrical equipment, transformers, switchgear, power distribution, or industrial sales will be preferred.

Experience: 2–4 Years

Salary: As per experience and interview

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
