Experience: 2–5 Years (Staffing Industry Mandatory)
Role Overview
We are looking for a target-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in the staffing/recruitment industry to acquire new clients and grow business across IT, Non-IT, and Pharma verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate recent business leads for staffing/recruitment services
- Identify and onboard new clients in IT, Non-IT, and Pharma sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR/Talent Acquisition heads
- Cold call, email, and network to generate business opportunities
- Understand client hiring requirements and negotiate commercial terms (rate cards, SLAs)
- Coordinate with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure client requirements are fulfilled
- Prepare and share business proposals, MSAs, and rate agreements
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular reports to management
- Attend client meetings, industry events,
and networking sessions to generate leads
Required Skills & Experience
- Prior experience working in a staffing/recruitment firm is mandatory
- Proven track record of client acquisition for a staffing agency
- Experience generating business in IT, Non-IT, and Pharma domains
- Strong lead generation, cold calling, and networking skills
- Good understanding of staffing models (Contract, C2H, Permanent hiring)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in staffing sales/business development
