Business Development Executive Industry: Real Estate

Job Summary -

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive to support growth initiatives in the real estate segment. The role involves building client relationships, coordinating site visits, assisting in deal closures, and maintaining strong follow-ups to enhance business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities -

 Identify and connect with potential clients through various channels.

 Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.

 Schedule and coordinate property site visits.

 Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and clients.

 Assist in negotiations and documentation processes.

 Maintain an updated client database and prepare reports.





 Support marketing and promotional activities when required.

Skills Required -

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 Solid negotiation and persuasion abilities.

 Basic knowledge of real estate market trends.

 Confident personality with a professional approach.

 Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.

Eligibility -

 Graduate in any stream.

 0–3 years of experience in real estate, sales, or business development is preferred.

 Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
