Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and networking.
- Identify and connect with potential clients.
- Understand client hiring requirements and offer recruitment solutions.
- Schedule meetings, negotiate, and close business deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of hiring requirements.
- Achieve monthly business development targets.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development or Recruitment Sales.
- Experience in a recruitment or staffing firm is preferred.
- Excellent communication,



negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word).
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
