Business Development Executive (Sales Executive) – Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other assigned channels.

- Conduct consultations to understand prospective clients' fitness goals and recommend suitable 6AM CLUB programs.

- Present and explain program features, pricing, offers, and payment options.

- Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversions and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales conversion targets.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries across all communication channels.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to improve customer satisfaction and referrals.

- Coordinate with the CRM, coaching, and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.





- Prepare and submit daily activity reports, sales reports, and performance updates to the reporting manager.

- Participate in sales meetings, product training sessions, and skill development programs organized by the company.

- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral sources to expand the company's customer base.

- Represent the company's values and maintain a high standard of professionalism in all client interactions.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales practices.

- Contribute to achieving the overall revenue and business growth objectives of 6AM CLUB.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
