Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop recent business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and relationship-building with potential clients.

- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions using IT staffing and consulting services.

- Manage a team of recruiters to ensure efficient delivery of projects on time and within budget.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Job Requirements :

- 1-5 years of experience in IT sales or business development in the US Staffing/IT Services industry.

- Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and growing revenue streams.

- Strong understanding of IT services sales, including software licensing, hardware maintenance, network infrastructure management, etc.

- Excellent communication skills for effective cold calling, negotiation, and presentation.
