Proffer Engineering is looking for a Business Development Executive who can generate and convert leads for our AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) & BIM Services through smart, channel-driven marketing — not just cold outreach.

If you know how to turn SEO, LinkedIn Marketing, Google Ads, and Email Campaigns into real business pipeline, this is for you.

✅ Experience: 5-8 years

What you'll own

Plan and execute SEO strategies to grow organic visibility and inbound leads

Run LinkedIn outreach and social selling to connect with architects, engineers, and contractors

Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for cost-effective lead generation





Build and run email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences

Maintain and improve the company website to support lead generation (web development experience required)

Track and report performance across SEO, Ads, LinkedIn, Email, and Website

Work closely with the BD team to convert marketing-qualified leads into opportunities

We're not looking for someone who can just explain what BIM is — we're looking for someone who can get the right people talking to us in the first place.
