We’re Hiring | Business Development Executive – Real Estate

At SOBOXPERT Real Estate Advisory, we’re looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Intern to join our growing team and gain hands-on exposure to Mumbai’s redevelopment and land acquisition market.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and source Redevelopment Society opportunities.

Source Open Land Parcels for development.

Generate Joint Venture (JV), Joint Development (JD), and Development Management (DM) opportunities.

Conduct market research and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.

Prepare presentations, feasibility reports, and MIS for management.

Coordinate with developers, landowners, societies, and key stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

Graduate (Mandatory)

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

Strong presentation and negotiation skills





Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint

Self-driven, analytical, and eager to build a career in real estate

This is an excellent chance to work on high-value redevelopment and land transactions while learning from experienced industry professionals.
