Growvex Digital is looking for a Business Development & Client Success Executive who can drive business growth while maintaining excellent client relationships. If you have a passion for digital marketing and enjoy working in a fast-paced agency environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate recent business opportunities through networking, referrals, outbound outreach, and inbound leads.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the internal marketing team to ensure timely project execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and maintain sales documentation.
- Follow up on invoices and payment collections.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Client Servicing, or Account Management.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing services, including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, and Branding.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Robust organizational and project coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Preferred

- Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience preparing proposals and coordinating with creative and performance marketing teams.
