About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our growing team. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy interacting with customers, and are passionate about sales, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.

Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Requirements





Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or Customer Support (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply).

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
