Love connecting with people and turning conversations into business opportunities? We’re looking for a Business Development Consultant to help us grow our B2B recruitment business by bringing in new corporate clients. You’ll identify potential companies, connect with decision-makers, understand their hiring needs, pitch our recruitment services, and turn prospects into clients. Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients through calls, LinkedIn, email, networking, and other channels.

Connect with prospective clients to understand their recruitment and hiring requirements.

Introduce CA Monk’s recruitment services and discuss how we can support clients with their hiring requirements.





Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients and understand their evolving hiring needs.

Take ownership of client discussions from the initial conversation through to onboarding.

Work closely with the recruitment team to communicate client requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Follow up with prospective clients and identify opportunities to develop long-term partnerships. Requirements

0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, Recruitment, Sales, or a related field.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and other relevant business development tools. What You’ll Gain
