About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Admission Counsellors to join our EdTech team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for counselling students and helping them choose the right educational programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students and understand their educational requirements.
- Counsel students and parents regarding available courses and programs.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospective students into successful admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead information.
- Build strong relationships with students throughout the admission process.

Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in EdTech, Inside Sales, Admission Counselling,



or Education Sales will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented with a positive and proactive approach.
- Willingness to work in a 6-day working environment.
