Key Responsibilities

- Counsel parents and students about BrightCHAMPS' learning programs.
- Conduct virtual consultations and explain course offerings based on student needs.
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments through effective counselling and relationship building.
- Follow up with prospective parents to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.




- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the admission journey.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0-1 year of experience in Academic Counselling, Inside Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is preferred.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Solid English communication skills.
- Willing to work from the office in the US Shift

Pay: Up to ₹460,000.00 per year
