Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting market research to understand learner needs and industry trends, and actively promoting Unishala’s academic programs to prospective students and professionals.

The associate will conduct presentations and information sessions, follow up with inquiries, and maintain accurate records in CRM or related systems.



Daily responsibilities include collaborating with counselors and marketing teams to drive enrollments, building relationships with institutional partners, and contributing ideas to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse learners and stakeholders.
- Effective presentation capabilities, with experience delivering presentations and conducting program briefings or webinars.
- Lead generation skills, including identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and managing follow-ups to drive conversions.
- Market research abilities to analyze education and career trends, competitor offerings, and learner preferences.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, with good organizational and time management skills.
- Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.
- Prior experience in education, ed-tech, or sales/business development is an advantage.
