MyFiley is a fast-growing financial compliance platform that helps entrepreneurs and businesses register companies (Pvt Ltd, LLP, OPC) and manage GST, Income Tax, and Trademark filings, offering expert-assisted, paperless compliance services with quick turnaround times. Role Overview

We're looking for a driven Business Development Associate to build client relationships and drive revenue growth by promoting MyFiley's compliance and registration services to startups and enterprises. Key Responsibilities

Understand client requirements and pitch relevant MyFiley services (registration, GST, ITR, trademark)

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools

Follow up with inquiries and convert them into paying customers





Coordinate with the operations/compliance team to ensure smooth service delivery post-sale

Meet monthly targets for conversion and revenue

Gather client feedback to improve service offerings and identify upsell opportunities

Stay updated on compliance regulations and competitor offerings Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, Commerce, or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of business registration/compliance processes (preferred, not mandatory)

Comfortable working in a target-driven setting

Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; CRM experience is a plus What We Offer
