We're looking for someone who loves the first conversation. The cold message that actually gets a reply. The call where a founder finally says, "okay, tell me more."

Who we are

PixPitch helps brands and founders take control of how they're seen. We get them real press, build communities that stick around after the launch buzz dies down, and make sure the internet tells the right story about them.

Now we need someone to go out and find the people who need us.

What the job actually looks like

You'll own the top of our funnel. That means figuring out which brands are a valuable fit, reaching out in a way that doesn't feel like spam, having honest conversations about whether we can help, and then handing warm, well-briefed leads to our founders to close.

Day to day, you'll be:

Building lists of brands, startups and founders who genuinely need what we do

Running outreach across email, LinkedIn and calls, and staying on top of every thread

Qualifying inbound enquiries so nobody's time gets wasted

Booking discovery calls and prepping the team with real context,



not just a name and a link

Keeping the CRM tidy and telling us weekly what's working and what isn't

What we're hoping you bring

Around 1 to 3 years in business development, sales or agency partnerships. Marketing, PR or media experience is a bonus, not a requirement

Writing that sounds like a person wrote it A thick skin, because most people won't reply, and the consistency to keep going anyway

Real curiosity about brands and why some get talked about while others don't

About pay (please read this part)

This role is commission only. There's no fixed salary. What you earn is tied entirely to the deals you help bring in, and there's no cap on it.
