- Assist in email marketing campaigns and prospect follow-ups

- Maintain and update lead and client data in CRM tools

- Work on client research, outreach strategies, and engagement tracking

- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction

- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to support business growth and revenue expansion.
