We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, strong sales abilities, and a passion for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking.

- Generate qualified leads and convert them into customers.

- Present the company's products and services to prospective clients.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

- Conduct regular follow-ups to close sales opportunities.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify recent opportunities.

Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Acquisition.

- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude are also encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of Malayalam is an added advantage).

- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.

- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
