We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Advisor to join our team and handle commercial sales and leasing opportunities across Kolkata and the surrounding region. The ideal candidate should have positive experience in commercial real estate property transactions and a proven ability to work with both standalone commercial buildings, renowned commercial properties and local properties too.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end commercial property transactions across Kolkata and the surrounding.
- Identify and develop potential tenants and corporate clients.
- Manage leasing for standalone buildings and established commercial properties.
- Generate leads, conduct property visits, and negotiate commercial terms.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and corporate clients.
- Drive closures and achieve monthly targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, rental values, and commercial property demand.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2 to 5 years of experience in Commercial Deals, preferably in the Kolkata and surrounding market.
- Must have Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with strong business development capabilities.
- Ability to independently manage clients and close deals.
