Role & Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students and customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements, career goals and learning needs.
- Explain Conquer E-Learning's programs and offerings.
- Follow up with prospective customers and build strong customer relationships.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information.
- Work closely with the Business Development and Sales teams.
- Participate in training sessions, team meetings and performance reviews.
- Continuously develop communication, negotiation and sales skills.
