Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate (Intern) role based in Bengaluru. The intern will support lead generation efforts by identifying prospective partners, institutions, and students through online research, databases, and outreach.

They will conduct market research to understand trends in the education and edtech sectors and provide insights to refine business strategies.



Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients or stakeholders, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM or tracking tools. The intern will also assist with communication campaigns, follow-ups, and cooperative initiatives with internal teams to support growth and partnerships.

Qualifications

- Strong presentation capabilities, including Presentation Skills and experience creating or delivering Presentations.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation, including identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and supporting outreach activities.
- Ability to conduct Market Research, analyze data, and present findings to inform business decisions.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Interest in the education and edtech sectors and enthusiasm for working with students and academic institutions.
- Basic proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, communication platforms).
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
