We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in B2C Sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into successful sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Convert leads into successful sales by building trust and maintaining strong relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.




- Stay updated on company offerings, industry trends, and competitors.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2C Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Preferred Experience: EdTech, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Real Estate, or any other B2C sales domain. Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
