Job Title: Academic Counsellor – ROW (Work From Office)

Location: Bangalore (Work From Office)

Shift: 12:00 PM IST – 3:00 AM IST (ROW Shift)

Working Days: 6 days a week (Weekday off; Saturday & Sunday are working days)

Role Overview:

As an Academic Counsellor, you will connect with parents from international (ROW) markets, understand their child's learning needs, recommend suitable programs, and guide them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with parents through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable learning programs.
- Convert leads into enrollments through consultative counseling.
- Manage follow-ups and update lead status in the CRM.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales and conversion targets.




- Coordinate with operations and academic teams for smooth student onboarding.

Eligibility:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

Requirements:

- Personal laptop in positive working condition.
- Stable internet connection.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
