- Lead Conversion: Manage inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and walk-ins to convert prospective students into admissions.
- Counseling Sessions: Conduct one-on-one academic counseling sessions with students and parents to explain course details, fee structures, and career outcomes.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain clean records of all prospect interactions, follow-ups, and conversion statuses using CRM software.
- Market Outreach: Assist in local promotional events, school/college outreach, or digital campaigns to boost the academy’s brand visibility.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
