Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial outreach to prospects, explain offerings, and understand their requirements.




- Schedule meetings, demos, and discussions for the sales team.
- Maintain strong follow-up communication to nurture leads until conversion.
- Participate in client calls when required to support the sales cycle.
- Coordinate with TLs & Operations teams for targeted campaigns and lead nurturing.

Pre-requisites:

- Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in any field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.
- Ability to research, analyse data, and identify opportunities.
- Proactive attitude with strong follow-up discipline.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
