Unicorn Syndicate is expanding its digital marketing services, and we're looking for a motivated Business Development Associate Intern who wants hands-on experience in sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and digital marketing. This is a remote, 6-month unpaid internship with a potential Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.

Role: Business Development Associate (BDA) Intern

? Experience: 6 months–2 years preferred What you'll work on:

- Identify and research potential clients
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and other channels
- Connect with founders, business owners and marketing decision-makers
- Conduct personalized outreach and follow-ups
- Understand prospects' business and marketing challenges
- Schedule meetings and generate sales opportunities
- Maintain lead and outreach records
- Assist with proposals and client acquisition
- Learn how digital marketing services are positioned and sold What we're looking for:

✅ 6 months–2 years of experience in BDA, sales, lead generation, business development or a similar role

✅ Strong communication skills

✅ Valuable written and spoken English

✅ Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups





✅ Ability to research companies and identify potential prospects

✅ Self-driven and comfortable working independently

✅ Willingness to learn and take ownership
