Job DescriptionWriter Relocations is looking for experienced Asset Business Development professionals to join our team in Mumbai and Bangalore.

NKey Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for office relocations, machinery moves, industrial projects, and asset relocation services.

- Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through client visits, networking, market research, and industry relationships.

- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, facility managers, project teams, contractors, and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
N
- Conduct site visits andunderstand project requirements including scope, timelines, equipment needs, technical requirements, and operational challenges.
N
- Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Project Management, Engineering, and Pricing to develop feasible solutions and competitive proposals.
N
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, project plans, and commercial submissions aligned with customer requirements and company objectives.
N
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, client engagement, negotiations, contract closure, and project handover.
N
- Monitor project opportunities, sales pipeline, forecasts, and business development reports to ensure effective tracking and achievement of targets.

- Support successful project execution by coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth handover, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and improve business performance.
N
- Understand client project requirements including scope, timelines, manpower, equipment, site conditions, and operational constraints to provide suitable relocation solutions.

nQualification & Experience:

N

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Management, or an equivalent postgraduate qualification.
N
- 4 to 6 years of experience in business development within the asset relocation or logistics industry.
N
- Hands-on exposure to projects involving office relocations, machinery/equipment moving, industrial relocations, or project logistics.
N
- Robust client relationship management and business acquisition skills.
N
- The ability to identifynew business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
N
- Prior experience in managing corporate clients, large-scale relocation projects, and solution-based sales.
N
- Strong understanding ofproject execution requirements, customer handling, and cross-functional coordination.
